Becoming a Last Shot Xpresso Franchisee is a major commitment and arguably one of the best decisions in your life. While many of our Franchisee owners are Current and Former Athletes. Either on the professional level or former collegiate level. Construction & Design
After both parties determine that this partnership is the best fit. We will share all of our designs, visions, and all the elements that will take place when designing your special Last Shot Xpresso Coffee Power House. Newly constructed locations are built from the ground up but can vary from those converted from pre-existing cafes or other existing retail suites. If alterations need to be made to original blueprints you will need to hire your own architect to finalize your restaurant design and plans.
A list of approved suppliers including architects, construction and equipment companies will be provided to you for use in completing your project.
We will provide a list of approved area developers and real estate agents that are familiar with that designated area to help develop your Last Shot Xpresso Coffee Power House. Last Shot Xpresso will also provide its national developer to oversee and assist in finding the right location for your café, therefore giving you options on multiple sites.
You will be provided with brand-consistent templates and designs for use in both in-store and outdoor advertising. All marketing materials and ads must be approved by the marketing department prior to use. You will also be given a local store marketing manual and information on how to market the opening of your new store.
New Store Training
Up to 30 days of on-site support is available to train your newly hired Last Shot Xpresso team to effectively operate your Coffee Power House. Hiring a great crew is OUR responsibility; we will assist you by providing the necessary checklists, handbooks, and interview training. Additional on-site training support after the 30 days is available for added fees.
Franchisee/Owner training programs are conducted at a designated training location for a period of eight weeks. With some of our Franchisee owners still playing, they can select one or two trusted individuals that we will train. This training focuses on position and management training in the kitchen, drive-thru (if applicable) and the arena (front of the house).
A minimum of two operators must successfully complete the entire training program. The training cost for your initial two people is included in your franchise fee. Training for an additional operator(s) is offered for a $5,000 fee. All expenses associated with attending the training sessions must be covered by you.
