Hard Work, Consistence, Integrity, Respect

At last shot, we believe in being innovative and growing with our customers and Franchisee owners. We provide all coffee products, lattes, frappes, teas, smoothies, freshly made food, GameBoosters, and pastries. We plan to turn this into a franchise that is a tight-nit group. You only qualify to become an owner if you played sports in college or the pros and if you have worked for a Last hot Xpresso at some point for over a year.

Last Shot Xpresso exists to serve others with the highest quality food, drinks, and environment in order to produce a place of authentic community amongst team members and customers. Every drink, meal, opening, closing must be done the exact same way without flaw (takes time but with our Training Camp you will become a Pro)

The quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness.  What are you doing when no one else is looking. Are you making the right decisions, are you being honest? Making sure you bring your best even when alone.

Due regard for the feelings, wishes, rights, or traditions of others. Treat every customer and coworker around you with the respect that you feel you deserve.

Floyd’s Story

My college athletic career empowered me to pursue my NFL Dream. I was blessed and fortunate enough to have the opportunity to play for the Cincinnati Bengals and the New England Patriots. I was really happy and proud of myself for achieving my lifelong goal. However, into my second year of professional football, something started to come over me. One day at practice, I asked myself, “Is this all that you have to offer the world, Floyd?” I pondered for days about what to do and entering into my second season, I made the decision that I would hang up the cleats and focus my energy elsewhere. At that time I had no clue what I was giving up my first dream for; I just knew God was telling me to do more.

Shortly after, A simple date in Cincinnati with my wife would be the catalyst to my entrepreneurship within the coffee industry. We came across the Cincinnati coffee festival that is held every year in Cincinnati. At that time, I had no clue what I was giving up my first dream for; I just knew God was telling me to do more,” Mr. Raven notes. Putting his business degree to work, he founded the Last Shot Xpresso company in 2017. The rich and unique coffee blends with their athletically-inspired names drew a discerning crowd of coffee lovers. After discovering that my Alma Mater was building a hotel on campus I knew that this was an opportunity to get my start. Well, I was right because it was. In August 2018 Last Shot Xpresso was named the exclusive coffee provider for the New Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center. This was truly a blessing.

From there, I was driven to create a coffee brand with outstanding customer service and selfless employees. My mission is not just to sell coffee, but to create relationships while providing a product I am extremely proud of.
